[Cobo] Reminder: Q3 OCAMP Spending Reports

I know we are entering one of the busiest times of the year as you work to wrap up the spring semester, manage end-of-year closeouts, and finalize institutional budget planning for FY27. I respect and appreciate all the hard work and long hours your offices are putting in right now.
Amidst this busy season, I am writing to send a gentle reminder to please submit your reports relating to Q3 OCAMP (deferred maintenance) spending. As we've discussed in previous meetings, tracking the distribution and utilization of these crucial deferred maintenance funds remains a top priority for the Chancellor and the State Regents. Having your updated data ensures we can accurately tell the story of how these funds are impacting our campuses.
