[Cobo] Follow-up: OCAMP Deferred Maintenance Reporting & Upcoming February COBO Meeting

Dear Business Officers,
I am writing to follow up on a previous request regarding the stewardship of Oklahoma Capital Assets Maintenance and Protection (OCAMP) funds. As we prepare our FY27 legislative agenda, it is essential that we provide a unified account of how previous fund allocations have been utilized. This information will help build a strong case for additional funding to help you!

OCAMP Reporting Follow-up If you have not already done so, please complete and return the excel spreadsheet regarding your institution’s fund usage (If you have not fully utilized FY25 funding, please include FY25. Of course, we are hoping these funds are fully deployed).


     *   Beyond reporting current expenditures, please share your top five high-impact future priorities that emphasize critical workforce needs, campus safety, or operational efficiency.

Funding Formula Discussion on February COBO Agenda: Please mark your calendars for our next COBO meeting on February 12th, held in the Regents Conference Room. A key portion of this meeting will feature a presentation from HCM Strategies regarding the ongoing development of a performance funding model to guide future institutional allocations.

Suggestions for COBO Agenda: I would also like to invite you to submit any additional topics for COBO on February 12th.

Inspiration for AI Integration Finally, I have attached excerpts from a recent NACUBO forum regarding AI in business offices. If any of these use cases intrigue you, please reach out to me.
