[Coil-l] Profit for COIL Workshop

Hooray for a great time and fun workshop!!!  Hooray for money for Jason to 
spend this fall on the OKACRL conference!  :P

I was thinking, and a form for officer nominations might be kind of silly 
when you can just send me a message to ask to be put on the ballot.  If 
anyone here has future aspirations as the next chair, web admin, projects 
facilitator or secretary, let me know!  My direct email is:

We'll have another online meeting in September.  A little closer to the 
end of August and I'll send out the meeting poll.  I hope everyone has a

Attached is a spreadsheet detailing the income and expenses of the COIL 
workshop.  I have some line items left blank because I do not know if they 
were free, donated, or if people just have not turned in receipts to me 
yet.  At this point I?m assuming everything has been accounted for and 
these are the final numbers.  We did a very cheap workshop this year.  J
 
1.        If you notice something missing from the spreadsheet, let me 
know.
2.       If you paid for something for the workshop (tablecloths, etc..) 
and you would like to be reimbursed then mail me the receipt.
