The Oklahoma Council of Academic Library Directors (OCALD) is sponsoring a
workshop titled “Toolkit for Demonstrating the Value of Libraries”.  The
purpose of this one-day workshop is to provide practical information and
tools for academic library assessment.  The information will be useful for
all academic librarians or for those interested in making a difference.

Our keynote speaker is Dr. Glen D. Johnson, Chancellor of the Oklahoma
State System of Higher Education.  The workshop will be held on Friday,
September 14, at Oklahoma Christian University.  The cost is only $35.00
and includes lunch and snacks.

Registration deadline is September 10.  The attached documents will give
details for the day.  We hope you will consider sending more than one
person from your library.
