Hi Adam,
Looks good! My only suggestion for the form would be to account somehow for co-presenters. I presented with a colleague last year and I think others did too. I'd suggest changing the first blank subtitle from "Please give us your name" to "Please give us the name of your lead presenter". Then under "Description of your proposal (in 300 words or less)" ask that any co-presenters be listed there.
Paul

Wow! What a vacation! As wonderful as Europe is, there is no place like home. Oklahoma has such a lovely horizon. And space.
Did anyone have any luck locating a talented graphic artist willing to work for gratitude and good will?
The next order of business is to kick-start submissions for the conference. To facilitate this, I have designed a form that applicants can fill out for their session proposal.
I have a link to the form here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dEkweWExay1RazBXaE9LOEV6ZlBFd1E6MQ
The theme is the same as the form to sign up for the workshop (could be confusing? should we change it?). If anyone has any word-smithing suggestions for the form or additions, by all means let them be known! Ideally, I'd like to have them form worked out and ready to circulate the library universe by early next week.
The deadline date and reply dates are quite arbitrary. If anyone feels we should adjust this, I'm all ears.
Paul, I can give you the embed code for the COIL webpage as soon as we come to a consensus on the proposal form.
Finally is our COIL meeting for June. I have a Doodle Poll here for times, I really want to squeeze in a F2F meeting soon, but I think this next meeting will have to be online again because of time constraints. If we go ahead and decide at this upcoming meeting to hold a second June meeting, I would vote we make the second meeting an in-person affair.

We are going to rock this workshop!!
