[Coil-l] COIL on Wheels Ideas

Hi Everyone,

During out last meeting we discussed reviving the COIL on Wheels program. I have created a Google Doc so we can all add our suggestions and ideas: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tpSz2q3u9sGypcC-u9Y8Gzk42Fj1oUX0pP2PXmZJTpE/edit?usp=sharing.

Once people have had a chance to post their ideas, I will send out a poll to the library directors.
