[Coil-l] Future COIL Meetings Announcement

Hello COIL members,

I hope your semester is off to a wonderful start!

There will be three meetings planned for the rest of this year, so save the dates on your calendar:


*       October 2nd @ TU Law School's Library: Law Librarian Dan Bell will be giving us an intro to legal research and some of the free tools available. [Lunch 11:30-1 at The Wild Fork in Utica Square; Meeting 1-2:30]

*       November 13th @ UCO: Topic to be announced. [Lunch 11:30-1; Meeting 1-2:30]

*       December 11th @ Main Event Entertainment<http://www.mainevent.com/locations/tulsa-ok> in Tulsa: Not really a meeting, so much as an end-of-year bowling celebration. [6-8 pm]

Official agendas will be sent out as the dates draw closer, but in the meantime mark them on your calendar!

Also, Sarah Whittle will be taking over as COIL Chair next year and she needs a Chair-Elect. Is anybody interested in the Chair-Elect position for 2016? It's a wonderful way to dip your feet slowly into the officer-side of the organization and a great CV bullet. Keep in mind, the Chair-Elect will be the Chair for the 2017 year. It's a lot of fun!!
