RE:  Handicapped parking at TCC’s SEC Library  (Responding to the whole list since it’s useful info to have!)

There are five handicapped spots in Parking Lot 5, just outside the Library.  Even on busy days, there are at least one or two open pretty much all the time; however, if there are none available in Lot 5, Parking Lot 3 has several.

Hello Jamie, I was wondering about the Handicap parking. Which lot would be best for that?

We’re looking forward to tomorrow’s meeting, which will begin with an 11:30 a.m. lunch at Zio’s in the East Pointe Shopping Center - 7111 S. Mingo Rd. – this is in Tulsa, on  the Southeast corner of Mingo & E. 71st Street South.

From there, we’ll head one mile south on Mingo & then about ¼ mile east on 81st to TCC’s Southeast Campus to begin our meeting in the Library Classroom, room 7216 (located in the library).

You can find directions to campus here<http://www.tulsacc.edu/campus-locations/southeast-campus> & a campus map is attached to this email.  The Library is in Building 7, and if there are spots available in Parking Lot 5, that’s the closest & easiest access to the library.  From that lot, you’ll see the entrance to the Library just to the left of the Campus Store.

If there are no spots open in Parking Lot 5, you can either drive on and park in Lot 7 (across from the Student Union / Fitness Center - Building 9), and then make your way through or around Building 9 to Building 7… OR you can go back up to the “front” of campus & park in Lots 3 or 1.  If you do that, you’ll want to enter the door between buildings 1 & 3 (shown with a red arrow in the attached campus map), and walk straight down the hall through Buildings 3 & 5 to get to Building 7 & you’ll see the Library sign hanging about halfway down the hallway.

No parking permit is required to park in any of our lots.
