As online instruction and the need for reliable asynchronous learning opportunities continue to increase, libraries can work together to address the demand through open education resources. Our purpose is to address the new literacies needed for academic success and lifelong learning through the creation of short online lessons for undergraduates and high school students. Since our lessons are free open education resources (licensed as Creative Commons, Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike), you can use and adapt as you see fit and even embed in your institution's LMS. In this informational session, attendees will learn more about what lessons NLA offers, how these lessons are designed and can work into your own teaching, and how you can become involved in NLA as a way for your institution to contribute to and benefit from OER efforts.
