The system is based around ITIL standards so I would imagine that it works pretty well. https://www.isupport.com/products/asset-management/ I can’t say enough about the support we get from iSupport. They system is very robust and they’ve been able to come up with a solution for anything we’ve wanted to make the incident management and client portal do. We also looked at Asset Panda several years ago to replace our entire fixed assets system. It worked great until we got to the depreciation values. They do list it as a feature now, so it’s very possible they got that issue resolved. If having an automated depreciation isn’t necessary for this requirement I would highly suggest giving it a look. From an overall fixed assets point of view, the depreciation values are important for audits. https://www.assetpanda.com/features/ They have a trial period that by default is 14-days, but we actually trialed it for several months when we were looking at it. They were very open to suggestions and quick to implement something they thought would be of value. They just weren’t able to meet the depreciation requirement in the timeline we needed. Ultimately, we stuck with the existing fixed assets system we already had (which is in our ERP/SIS). [https://www.redlandscc.edu/RCC.png] Curtis R.
