This week's session will focus on how to get your campus security needs
incorporated into the contract and/or SOW phase of new projects.  Too
often, we are presented with a product and a due date as our first
introduction of a new endeavour.

Jonathan Kimmitt will lead this session and can give us in 8 minutes or
less, everything you ever wanted to know about this process.  For bonus
points we will discuss how to improve security while still giving the
Institution the tools they need to do their jobs.
