Today's call will focus on all things classroom technology.  Please invite
any members of your team that can benefit or contribute to this
conversation.  I would personally like to know what you consider to be the
technology needed for the "Hybrid" classroom.  Here is the outline we
created some months ago.

* Focus: Upgrading classroom technology and providing effective support and
training for faculty and staff. * Subtopics: * Classroom Technology
Upgrades: AV systems, smart boards, and lecture capture improvements *
Support: Standardization, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for
classrooms * Training: Ongoing faculty and staff training on classroom
