We’re excited to share that CoIT will be sponsoring 20 CoIT Members or a representative from their institutions to attend the upcoming InnoTech Oklahoma<https://www.innotechok.com/> 2025 Conference!



🗓 Date: Wednesday, October 22, 2025

📍 Location: Oklahoma City Convention Center



As part of this sponsorship, CoIT will be providing an IT Executive Ticket, which includes full access to all InnoTech sessions and the Executive Luncheon.



We look forward to connecting, learning, and collaborating with technology leaders across the region at this year’s event!



Key Details:

•    Seats Available: 20

•    Representation: Each school is asked to designate:

o    One primary representative

o    One secondary representative (if seats remain after primary registrations are allocated)

§    Priority for secondary representatives will be given to schools actively engaged with CoIT initiatives.



Action Required:

Submit your school’s representatives via the Innotech Smartsheet Link<https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/2e829608efae493f9ad5180882129b16> by 5:00 PM on October 17, 2025.

Participant selections will be confirmed by October 18, 2025.
