I apologize for the delay, Rachell. I have been out of the office. Please see my responses below:


1.     Is our direct deposit information not currently in the OST system? The information is in the OST system, however, we need the information to be mapped to your agency with your agency employee id for future use. That is what this load will accomplish.


2.     Does this mean that we will be required to come up with a one-time mechanism to transmit the direct deposit data from PeopleSoft to the OST system? We are currently working on a secure mechanism for loading the data to OST from the agency. It will likely be done via an existing transfer to OMES.



3.    What is meant by "clean the file"? This means removing any employees who are no longer with your agency and/or adding new employees who are not in the file you receive.

Hello,
I am working on completing the questionnaire that was sent concerning direct deposit.  I have several questions about the below question asked in the survey.
Does your institution intend to utilize the PeopleSoft file of existing employee banking data?
  My organization plans to clean this file and use it to populate the OST system
  My organization plans to clean this file and use it populate our internal system
  My organization does not plan to use this file


My questions:
