(1) For the Research Computing Facilitation workshop: Does your institution have lots of researchers and educators who want to use advanced computing, but need some help learning how? You or someone at your institution can learn to be more effective at helping researchers and educators use research computing! This is a great way to start, get better at, a career in helping researchers use research computing. It's also a great way to meet a community of fellow research computing facilitators. (2) For the Becoming an Institution Research Computing Leader workshop: Are you ready to move up as a Research Computing professional? Have you been considering how to get to the next level? Join us to learn key skills for institutional research computing leadership! --- The Virtual Residency Program has already served 1700+ people from 500+ institutions in all 50 US states and 4 US territories plus 19 other countries on 6 continents, including: * 63 Minority Serving Institutions (13% of VRP institutions, 21% of 4+ year MSIs, 13% of all MSIs); * 129 non-PhD-granting institutions, including 4 community colleges and 3 high schools (26% of VRP institutions); * 129 institutions in all 28 EPSCoR jurisdictions (26% of VRP institutions); * 288 of 362 Campus Champion institutions (59% of VRP institutions, 80% of Campus Champion institutions). And, 78% of VRP institutions have had participants who collectively have participated in VRP activities multiple times, and 67% of VRP institutions have had participants who collectively have participated in multiple types of VRP activities. Eastern Oklahoma State College - Routers have been deployed. We are scheduling deployment of remaining equipment. Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College - Routers have been deployed. Remaining equipment will be deployed soon. Oklahoma Panhandle State University - We are working with our partners to bring up the wave service.
