[Counselors] Transcribing college course

I was wondering if anyone has included in your school policy how to transcribe a college course on the high school transcript when the college course doesn't offer a grade or GPA? I have a student who took a course through OU. OU gave her a grade of "S" with a 0.00 GPA. Unfortunately this isn't addressed in our local policy. We obviously need to update our local policy to include direction on this type of situation but was hoping someone had something we could work from.
