[Counselors] FAFSA Night Recommendation Responses

We start publicizing at least a month ahead of time with posters around
town, Facebook posts, and a parent reminder in our OneCall system.  We
usually host a come n go from 4-6 or 5-7 and have a State Reg rep here for
help.  When we've had larger classes, we get volunteers from the financial
aid offices at NWOSU, NOC, and Pioneer Tech to help field questions.  This
year the whole FAFSA process was so much easier from start to finish...most
Srs and their parents were in and out in about 30 minutes.  Also, we
provide snacks....Queso and chips and Choc Chip cookie bars! Snacks are
super popular!!
