[Counselors] Registration open for the 2026 OSRHE Student Preparation Summer Institute

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

For many years, the Student Preparation Summer Institute has served as a trusted and meaningful professional development experience for K–12 counselors, administrators, and coordinators across the state. We are grateful for your ongoing commitment to this longstanding tradition of collaboration, learning, and student-centered supports.
This year, we are excited to share that the Institute will take place on new dates and at a new location, offering fresh opportunities for connection and engagement.
📅 New Dates:
1:00 p.m. Monday, June 15 – 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17 (this is the week after we have held this event for the last several years)
📍 New Venue:
Embassy Suites – Norman
While the setting has changed, the heart of the Institute remains the same—a multi-day experience designed to explore OSRHE resources, share best practices, and collaborate on effective strategies that support college and career readiness for all students and learn from each other! Though we loved hosting this event at Shangri-La Resort for the last several years, we are truly excited about the possibilities that a larger location will offer. We believe this shift in venue will open new doors for meaningful interaction and an even richer professional learning experience.
Registration Information
💲 Early Bird Rate: $375 through Friday, April 24, 2026
💲 Regular Rate: $380 through Friday, May 1, 2026

✔ Four meals (with some fun dinner plans in the works!)
