[D2l-alert] D2L Issue

I have resolved the issue impacting the Production system.  I tested 
d2l.rose.edu and d2l.onenet.net.  Karen I did not test your site since I 
do not have a login for your system. 

I am having some issues with the Test system for d2ltest.onenet.net.  I 
did not test Rose and SWOSU test sites.

I still plan to apply MS patches to the Test system once the issues are 
resolved.
