[D2l-alert] Refreshing D2L Test Environment

I will be refreshing the D2L Test Environment beginning at 1:00pm today.  I
will send an email when completed and will ask everyone to login and test.
A reminder D2L will be performing the upgrade of Test next Tuesday the 15th.
