[D2l-alert] Upgrade of D2L Test Complete

D2L has finished upgrading the Test Environment.  If you run into any
issues, please contact D2L  support team to ensure everything is logged and
tracked properly. If you are logging issues through the portal, please use
the following format in the subject line:

 

LE9.0- OSRHE_Test - <org> - <issue>

 

Todd they were unable to test LDAP and SSO after the upgrade since they
didn't have credentials.
