[D2l-alert] Applying Windows Patches for D2L Test and Production

I will be applying Windows Patches to our test servers today.  Thursday
morning I will be applying Windows patches to the production environment.  I
do not anticipate any interruption of service during the 7:00 to 9:00cst
maintenance window.
