My apologies, I neglected to send communication when beginning the deployment, but we have now completed Service Pack deployment on your Test and Prod environments as requested from ITSM ticket #132768.  Again, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, I want to assure you that it is part of our standard process and should not be overlooked again.
