[D2l-alert] 9.4 upgrade

Hi everyone,

Since 9.4.1 has not been released yet and your test environment is at 9.4, we will not be upgrading your environment this Tuesday.

This is just a reminder that your test environment upgrade is scheduled for next Tuesday Nov. 8th starting at 8:00am.  I have attached our upgrade guide and connection document as a reminder to have backups complete and access ready for us.
