[D2l-alert] OSRHE - Rose - Accessing D2L Utility 1 RDP

Hello all,

While I am able to login to the Sun Secure Global Desktop (http://sgd.onenet.net)  with username d2l, I am unable to log into the new utility server (D2L Utility 1 RDP) from there. The error reads "To log on to this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow log on through Terminal Services right."

Note: there are no problems logging into any of the web servers the Sun Secure Global Desktop UI.
