[D2l-alert] D2L Upgrade to 10.2 on TEST

Does anyone have an objection to me requesting an upgrade on TEST to
10.2 as soon as it is available? Is anyone interested in scheduling a
tentative upgrade to 10.2 in December/January timeframe? I'm still not
convinced about the user-interface as a whole and its stability, but
what they showed in the webinar looks promising.
