[D2l-alert] [Onenetnews] [OneNet] 'OneNet Data Center Maintenance'

I've spoken with our network group and the maintenance does need to
proceed, but I was mistaken on the impact. There should be no impact unless
there is an issue with the change. The changes being made have been tested
in the lab, and the network group is confident that there won't be any
issue. I'm told that even if there is an issue, the outage will be less
than 30 seconds, and they are now more aware of the sensitivity of any
outage.
