[D2l-alert] D2L & Respondus

This is the same error we had last week. Below is the message we received from the technician that helped us. Maybe seeing the messages will help the issue be diagnosed faster for SWOSU (Rose is working fine now).

Frank,
We are not able to connect to D2L through our Respondus software. This is used to load exams into D2L courses. Here's the message I get.

The last time this happened was after we had D2L app server problems. Do you know if web services have been enabled?
Our instructor was trying to load his Final Exam for a 10:00 class today so it's kind of urgent that we find out what's going on here.
