[D2l-alert] Update Data Center Network Maintenance

OneNet Network Engineers will be performing maintenance on core networking equipment in the Data Center beginning July 20th at 10PM until July 21st 6:00am. We are replacing Cisco firewalls/edge routers with Juniper. There will be brief network interruptions to the D2L environment during this window.
