[D2l-alert] D2L Upgrade Updates

Hello Everyone, 

D2L Upgrade Information:


1. D2L is scheduled to upgrade the Test environment to 10.2 on July 9th, which will include the OS upgrade to the Test app server. 

2. D2L Test database will not be able to be refreshed to the current D2L Prod database, since they at different versions.


3. D2L Prod servers OS upgrade date has not be determined.


4. D2L Prod environment upgrade to 10.2 is scheduled for January 6th, 2014.
