[D2l-alert] Internal Server Error

Chris all services are running and I checked each app server independently and no issues. I know D2L logged in at 8:44am working on the following: 
  
I will be logging into the environments listed below to resolve the issue reported in Service Desk incident INC00219671. I’ll be fixing the errors with the ‘stuck in progress’ assignments that are not going through to TurnItIn. I will notify you as soon as I have logged off.

d2l.rose.edu 
ocuonline.okcu.edu 
learn.swosu.edu


D2L may have restarted some of the sub services. I still don't have visibility when those sub services are stopped or restarted. I will check with the D2L engineer to determine if that was the case and let you know.
