[D2l-alert] D2L down ??

This issue was at the OneNet OKC datacenter and was resolved shortly before
5PM. The outage actually started about 2:22 PM this afternoon. I do not
have a good RFO at this time. I'm very sorry for the trouble. Things should
be back to normal now.
