Frank,

While I was able to access D2L last night from home, I'm not able to access D2L from here on campus. I tried using Firefox, IE, and Chrome. Here's the error message I get from Firefox.

The sites have been cut-over to the new 2008 web servers successfully.

Current actions remaining are to troubleshoot the WebDAV deployment and perform IP change for both WebDAV sites.
