[D2l-alert] D2L appears to be down

I was just able to log on here at OCU, and I haven't heard any questions from students today (though our campus was closed until 10:00, so no one was probably trying to log on before that).

We have had multiple reports that seem to be from both on and off campus that they are not able to log in to D2L...so we are down.
