[D2l-alert] TEST Upgrade

FYI... I requested an upgrade for our TEST environment to 10.2 SP4 on October 31 at noon in preparation for our upgrade on PROD January 6, 2014.

Frank, do we have all the components in place to allow us to upgrade to 10.2 on January 6, 2014? If I recall, we had to upgrade the server OS before the D2L upgrade could take place. Thanks.
