[D2l-alert] Storage Maintenance & Certificate Install

The storage maintenance went well.  There was a few minutes of downtime to
the D2L sites.

Chris, I am having an issue getting the new cert active on the load
balancer.  I will get with Brian this morning and give you an update soon.
