[D2l-alert] D2L server down

All,

I apologize for tonight's outage. It was caused by networking issues in our
OKC datacenter. The issue was resolved at approximately 11:15 PM . The
reason for the outage is still pending, but it appears that a critical
function of a core datacenter router failed causing a state where two
redundant routers both thought they were primary.
