Just reminding you to participate in the "WEAR RED DAY" for the American 
Heart Association. Activities are tomorrow, Friday, February 3.


Wear something RED to show your concern and awareness of the dangers of 
heart disease.

Go to the cafeteria for a heart healthy lunch.

Be sure to drop by the Library's information table in the Student Center 
lobby between 11:00 and 1:00.

Make a DONATION to the American Heart Assoc.
and register for some great door prizes.

While there, pick up some heart healthy information
and
have your blood pressure checked
by one of our nursing students from 12:00 to 1:00.

Why not make "WEAR RED DAY" the day that you take steps to be a 
healthier you!
