Students: This is the letter being mailed out with statement on your 
accounts. Please read it carefilly as it contains some very important 
and useful information.

 Dear  EOSC Student:

Enclosed is a statement which reflects the current balance of your 
account with Eastern Oklahoma State College.  This statement includes 
all account activity that has occurred up to November 2, 2006. For 
multiple reasons, we were unable to create statements earlier in the 
year.  Therefore, we have not assessed any finance charges and current 
students are being allowed to pre enroll for the spring semester without 
their account being blocked for non-payment.

 

Please focus your attention on the balance due at the end of this 
statement. This is the amount that you currently owe. If you have made 
any payments or if any additional charges have accrued since November 2, 
they are not reflected on this statement. All students are responsible 
to pay any outstanding balance, including all prior semester charges on 
their account, prior to the beginning of classes on January 8, 2007. Any 
student with a charge on their account, other than charges for the 
spring 2007 semester, will be academically withdrawn from classes for 
nonpayment.

 

Payments may be made by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or 
Discover.  Cash payments will only be accepted at the Business Office 
located on the first floor of the Library building. Please do not send 
cash payments by mail.

 

Students who have not completed their financial aid should immediately 
contact the Financial Aid Office at (918) 465-1771.  A student must have 
a FASFA application completed before applying for a loan. Loan 
applications must be turned in no later than November 27, 2006. The 
remaining ACG and OTAG funds should be ready for disbursement by the end 
of November. If any other special financial arrangements need to be 
made, please contact the Business Office.

 

 The Business Office would be happy to answer any questions regarding 
your account. Please feel free to come by any time between 8:00 a.m. and 
5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Or, for your convenience, you may 
contact Michelle Hillyer at MHILLYER at EOSC.EDU. Michelle would be happy 
to review your account and answer your questions by email. If you should
