Welcome Back,

Please be aware of the following date:

January 24 - Last day students can charge in the Bookstore.

Students with financial aid should be aware of the award date  stated on 
their awards letter.
This date is the date your funds are to be released for disbursement.
 The business office will have checks printed for you approximately 10 
days AFTER this date.
If you do not know your award date please check with the financial aid 
office.
The business office does not have this information for you.
 The business office will try to post signs and email to keep you 
informed of when certain type checks are printed.
 Please try to refrain from calling the business office to inquire the 
statue of  checks.  This only slows the process down.

Checks will be printed on Wednesdays.
 (beginning February 7)
 The first checks will be for scholarships and OHLAP.
No student loans checks will be available until approx. Feb. 21.
