[Eoscstudents] Menu for Wed. Feb. 6

Hi folks,

Wow!  What a difference a day makes!  I'm not roasting anymore, and the 
outside temperature has dropped like a rock.  We really dodged a bullet 
yesterday evening, too, in missing the bad storms that hit Arkansas and 
other points east of here, causing a lot of damage and even several 
deaths in some areas.   I think a college dorm was even hit in one 
place.   It might be good, in light of this, to find out and get 
familiar with the emergency procedures to be followed if severe weather 
does strike this area.  

Our menu for today includes:

             Indian tacos
             Pinto beans
             Oven fried potatoes
             Cabbage and smoked sausage
             Corn
             Rice
             Beef stew
             Rolls
             Tuna salad
             Potato chips

And for dessert, you can't beat Chocolate Delight!
