Hi folks,

Aren't you glad it's finally Friday?  I bet you're all looking forward 
to a fun and exciting or maybe a restful weekend.  Either way, it'll be 
nice to unwind a little.  Some  of you probably have big plans, since 
this is the weekend before Valentine's Day.   There is a really special 
event happening on campus, at the White House, this weekend that some of 
you may be interested  in attending.   The annual Sweetheart Soiree will 
be held Saturday evening.  This is a fun festive evening of wonderful 
food and entertainment featuring local performers and a silent auction 
of special donated items with the proceeds going to the Latimer County 
Arts Council to support their efforts in providing  entertaining and 
educational cultural events for area schools.  This small group searches 
far and wide for various artists and performers to come here and inspire 
and enlighten our local children, allowing them to be exposed to various 
art forms and types of entertainment that would not normally be 
available in this area.  If you would like more information about this 
event, please call Ruth Brelsford at 465-1762, (Ext. 762 on campus), 
then put on your party clothes, grab your sweetheart and come on out!   
Valet parking is available.

Our menu for today includes:

             Baked ham
             Scalloped potatoes
             Corn on the cob
             Green beans
             Fried okra
             Baked potato bar
             Rolls
             Charburgers
             French fries

And for dessert have a piece of Poke Cake.
