[Eoscstudents] Menu for Moist Monday Mar. 3

Hi folks,

I hope everyone made it in today without washing away.  It's really been 
raining!  I am going to have to learn to be more specific in my 
wishing.  I was really wishing for some Spring weather.  Of course, in 
my mind, I was thinking of lazy, warm afternoons with the birds singing 
and the smell of blossoms on the breeze, and comfortable evenings where 
you could sit outside and hear the frogs croaking out at the pond.  What 
did we get?  Rain, lots of it, and tornado warnings!  I guess I forgot 
that that's also a big part of Oklahoma Springtime weather.  So now they 
tell me we're supposed to have a snowstorm later today!  Oh brother!  
Why does it seem like our closets need to be on a revolving rack?  We 
have to keep switching from season to season, back and forth, and can 
never seem to outguess Mother Nature on what she'll pull out of her bag 
of tricks next.   Oh well.  Us Okies wouldn't have it any other way.  
We'd probably get bored.

Our menu for today includes:

             Chicken parmesan with pasta
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Green peas
             Corn
             Baked potato bar
             Hot rolls
             Tacos
             Refried beans
             Spanish rice
             Nacho chips with picante sauce

And for dessert, try some of our Ice Cream and Toppings.
