If you are having a problem accessing your transcripts and information 
on the Web Advisor due to a hold on your account you will need to 
contact the Business Office to remove the hold. Due to the new system we 
do not have a report that will update the holds for us, so we will have 
to do this manually. You may call Gail at x776 or Trisha at x708 to have 
the hold removed.
