[Eoscstudents] Menu for TGI Friday Sept. 26

Hi folks,

Wow, have you looked over at our construction zone lately?  There are 
actually some beams up!  Now we're getting somewhere!  Mildred and I 
were in the Library building yesterday and ran into Rudy watching the 
construction for a minute and he pointed out to us where our areas would 
be, our offices and the kitchen and serving areas.  It's hard to believe 
this long awaited project is actually, finally, at long last, becoming a 
reality.  For people who aren't on campus regularly, you can look on our 
website at the web cam and see the progress that's been made.   Now I'm 
just worried that they're not putting a window in my future office.  I 
swear I'll be trying to dig one out of the wall with a spoon.  I was 
really looking forward to having a window that looked outside for a 
change.  Rudy told me that any little change that has to be made has to 
be made on multiple copies of the plans and costs boo koo bucks, but I 
have White Out and a pencil with an eraser and I'd be glad to change all 
those copies for free if it would get me a window! 

Happy 10th Anniversary today to Bookstore Manager Ali Martinez and her 
husband George.  May they have many more happy years together, and they 
should as long as he keeps her supplied with plenty of chocolate and is 
nice to her dogs.

Our menu for today includes:
                Fish sticks
                Chicken chunks
                Crispy cube potatoes
                Pinto beans
                Spinach   
                Corn
                Cornbread
                Spaghetti with sauce

And for dessert have a piece of Chocolate Cake.
