[Eoscstudents] Enrollment problems fixed for ONLINE Mass Communications

I wanted to let everyone know the problems that some have had trying to 
enroll in the ONLINE class "Introduction to Mass Communications" (Journ 
-1113-1620) have been fixed. Anyone who wants to should be able to 
enroll in the class now. Remember that the class works as a General 
Education requirment for most of the majors here at Eastern.
