[Eoscstudents] Menu for Tues. Aug. 25

Hi folks,

Here's a heads up a couple of days in advance.  The Grill will be closed 
Thursday so that all our workers can help with preparations for the big 
open house that afternoon.  Sorry about that, but what with that and the 
Board of Regents meeting that same day, it's going to be very busy for us.

Happy Birthday wishes go out to Allen "Big Al" Kendrick, our second in 
command in the Maintenance Dept.  We'll try not to have any disasters or 
plumbing back-ups that you'll have to deal with today.

Our menu for today includes:
                Enchiladas
                Refried beans
                Mexican rice
                Mashed potatoes and gravy
                Peas
                California blend vegetables

And for dessert, have some luscious Blackberry Cobbler.  (I know I'm 
going to!)
