Hi folks,

Boy, I love these short weeks!  I just realized that with our summer 
hours in effect, this is pretty much Friday.  What a rough week I've 
had.   A holiday, a vacation day, a couple of work days, and now a 
weekend.   What a deal!

Very happy and healthy birthday wishes go out to Loma Messex for this 
coming Saturday, May 30.  She was such a big help with our Biggest Loser 
contest and she actually wants to help us do it again!  We were afraid 
we'd have to twist her arm to get her to sign up to do all that weighing 
and encouraging again, not to mention the spreadsheet, but like a 
trooper, she's ready to help us all get healthier next time.  Way to go, 
Loma.  You're a great example for all of us.

Anyone who is looking for a loving new family member, should come to our 
PAWS adoption day this coming Saturday in front of Roy's Grocery Store.  
We have lots of dogs, small and large, young and old, that would love to 
find a forever home with a nice family.  

Our menu for today includes:
             Brisket
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Fried squash
             Corn
             Chili dogs
             Hot rolls
             Our selection of hot of the grill items
            
And for dessert try some of our delectable Punch Bowl Cake.  It's 
wonderful stuff!
