[Eoscstudents] Menu for Wed. April 21

Hi folks,

It looks like it might be a wet Wednesday before it's over with.  After 
our one beautiful day, we seem to have gotten right back into the 
cloudy, rainy day pattern.  I feel like I'm still trying to dry out from 
this weekend.

There seemed to be a good turnout for New Student Enrollment yesterday.  
I don't know how many miles Chris Horstman and the other students who 
were assisting with the new enrollees put in yesterday, guiding them 
from the Student Center to the Administration Building, but I wouldn't 
be surprised if they weren't still soaking their feet and comparing 
blisters.  I know their help was much appreciated. 

The Staff Council could use more volunteers on the Picnic Committee, so 
if you're interested in helping with this fun event, come to the meeting 
Friday at 2:00 in the Library Conference Room, or contact a Staff 
Council member if you can't make the meeting but still want to be 
involved.  (Staff Council members are Helen Scott, Sheryl Marmon, Anne 
Hester, Lynn Hackworth, Gail Wilson and Rhoda Watkins on the Wilburton 
campus, and Lisa Gray on the McAlester campus.)

Our menu for this possibly wet Wednesday includes:
            Hard shell tacos
            Refried beans
            Mexican rice
             Corn
             Pinto beans
             Turnip greens
             Cornbread

And for dessert, try some Fruit Cocktail Cake.
