Happy Ground Hog's Day everyone,

If we did have a ground hog in this part of the state, it doesn't look 
so far like he'd see his shadow today, but you know how Oklahoma weather 
can be.  Wasn't it Will Rogers who said if you don't like Oklahoma 
weather just stick around five minutes?  I think maybe in western 
Oklahoma they substitute a prairie dog for a ground hog, but this early 
in the year, I figure we're going to have some more winter weather 
whether we want it or not, (and I'd vote for NOT).

Looks like our baseball team will be travelling to Grayson TX? today to 
represent Eastern.  Have a safe trip guys, and bring home a win!

Okay, all you Biggest Loser contestants, today's the first day of the 
rest of your life and this contest, so get over to the Fieldhouse 
between 10:00 and 11:30 and weigh in, and get ready to get motivated to 
lose weight and get healthier!  You'll be glad you did!

Make sure and eat dinner early this evening so you will be in time to 
get a good seat to see Team Impact in Mitchell Auditorium this evening 
at 6:00.  They have a powerful message presented with a powerful show!  
Don't miss them!

             Meatloaf
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Green beans
             Baby carrots

And for dessert, have a piece of Fresh Apple Cake.
